Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Only down fall is when you take it out the packaging it has a fishy scent apart from that blow dry the jacket it comes with instructions if your unaware of how to make it fluffier if you want it fluffier make sure to blow dry with minimal heat at an appropriate amount of distance between the jacket and blow dryer to prevent damage.
such a lovely jacket! it took just over 2 weeks to deliver which is really good, the quality is amazing and the faux fur looks really fluffy and almost real. I wear a size UK4 on top and i went for a size M which is perfectly fitted, you could comfortably wear a jumper underneath aswell. i would say even a size L would be a good if you’re planning on layering underneath. using a blow dryer to fluff it up really works! the price on here is really good compared to re sale prices on insta boutiques x
Absolutely love this coat. Worth the money in every way. Exactly the same as my friends ones who paid double from a boutique. Just ordered another colour. In coats I’m normally a size 6/xs/s but I sized up and got a medium. It’s still tight but exactly how I wanted it. If you want comfortable space for a jumper underneath I’d size up twice. Overall deffo worth the money. Also came in like 2 weeks

So nice I’m a uk 8 and I’m 5’3 got a medium fits nice couldn’t wear any thing long sleeve under though as would be really tight would probs get a large next time

Amazing condition, same colour as on picture and super fluffy! I ordered XL and i am a size 10 on top - wanted to be able to have a jumper underneath so went for the larger option and it’s perfect. Will defo be ordering some more for autumn/winter season

I’m a UK size 4/6 and the XXL fits well and the covers the whole of my arm which is what I wanted. Came 3/4 days earlier, really pleased.

Gorgeous coat. Such amazing quality. Iam a size 10 and ordered a XL. Fits great although could of got away with a L. But I like things tight. Have been searching every wear for a coat like this and no wear. So glad I ordered, will be ordering more. Thank you
Perfect! I got a size M (usually i’m 8-10 on top) and it was a bit tight so couldn’t wear anything thick under but i wasn’t planning on anyway so i’m happy with the size. If i sized up would probs be drowning me. Went in with my hairdryer to fluff it up as it had been in a package for ages and it worked. Super fluffy now and colour is so gorgeous on me. Definitely get 3/4 sleeve like me because it’s so much more flattering.
