How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Charms Glam Online Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The socks are very bright and cheerful with colored stripes all over them. Described as sizes 9-12 fit my size 10 feet like a charm. They don’t slide up or down and the heel doesn’t roll forward in a shoe. Stripes are still stripes after two washes and there are no loose threads, pills or anything of that nature. There’s literally nothing to complain about with these socks, get your pair now and support caregivers!
My experience with socks has always been weird. Nowadays it’s easy to find a sports sock, but getting a casual or dress sock that will not tear in a week is a big deal. I have all the sock types these guys make and let me tell you, I haven’t regretted ONCE after I purchased them. All their socks come with a cause attached and when buying those you support the cause you care about. Quality wise I was pleasantly surprised - after weeks of use no tears, no shrinking and the colors still look bright. When I’m wearing these my feet can actually breathe since they are cotton and as a result my feet don’t get all gross and sweaty and don’t slide in my socks. I recommend wearing these socks at home or as dress socks with suits at work, it’s kind of trendy today and you get a chance to show off what you stand for.

The socks feel really nice and soft. They are on the thicker side, so make sure they are the right size for you. I have size 11 and they are fine by me. My feet get a little bit swollen by the end of the day and the socks don’t cause any additional discomfort. The fabric is stretchy and soft. After many washes the socks still have their shape and size and don’t get smaller or washed out. Good purchase.
These socks are great and all, but be ready that if you happen to lose one sock there’s no way you can find a matching one, since these are so unique. I’ve had this issue before, just saying...
Purchased these socks for my dad as a part of his Christmas gift and he’s really happy with them. He’s turned those into his “home socks”, walks around in them all the time and keeps telling me how comfy they are. I think I need to buy a pair for myself!
These are terrific socks! I’ve been looking for a similar pair, but stumbled across these accidentally. They are just AWESOME! I really like the feel of the fabric and how well the sock sits on your foot. After some time you just forget you have one on! The stripes are all even and there’s no weird feeling that they are not adjusted properly when the socks are on. Washed them with all my other laundry and dried as per usual and they are still like new.
These socks are supercomfy and by buying them you support a noble cause. I’ve been involved as a caregiver before, so when choosing a pair of socks from this brand I decided to buy these ones.
