How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Charms Glam Online Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
My wife put me in charge of selecting a bag she needed for a professional project she was working on so I ordered this one. After receiving it, we were both extremely impressed with the size, durable construction and the quality zippered top. We would definitely order again.
This bag is perfect for afternoon walks with my boys to the playground or anywhere. I was tired of lugging my purse with all the water bottles for an outing, along with the ppe, snacks, a small sketch pad, and whatever randomness the boys brought but somehow offloaded onto me at some point in our walk on top of my own sundry purse items. My shoulder was going to fall off! With this bag, I can ready it for short walks, without all my added purse weight. The bag is light weight and comfortable! I will get a lot of use out of this bag!
Really impressed with this bag! The overall construction is exactly how it looks in the pictures- really happy it has a zipper, that was important in my choice. I carry books pretty much everywhere I go and as much as I like my normal leather bags, the straps are thin and dig into my shoulders so I wanted something a little less heavy when I need to carry more stuff. The straps on this bag are really wide and distribute the weight much better than my other bags.Sturdy material and large capacity. Zipper top prevents things from falling out. Happy with my purchase.
Simple design and sturdy - Light weight but not flimsy with good seam construction. This will be my day out bag when travelling - (Jacket ,brolly, guidebook, maps picnic lunch). Zipper looks good and runs smooth.
I was expecting this bag to be bigger and I was intending on using it for my big college textbooks so I wouldn’t have to carry them in my backpack but it only fits several textbooks, it’s very sturdy and good quality. I was just hoping it would fit all my textbooks.
Very happy with the purchase! It is really roomy, looks great, and is comfortable to carry! It's also easy to grab things out and put them away quickly at the end of class (and will be even more so once my folders are smaller!).9 months of near daily use so far, no issues! The color isn’t quite what is pictured. I thought it would be brighter. Not bad at all, and perfect for fall and very “in” with the subdued color pallets that are trending right now. Just not what I was expecting or wanting.
Took this on my trip to Europe and it was perfect for the long travel days when I needed to carry alll my brothers stuff. It’s well made. Not something I’d use daily, but def for travel and the swap meet.

Bought this for vacation so I could carry whatever I wanted. After a weeks vacation with teens who bought every single trinket they could find and me being the type who is always prepared for anything, this was actually great. I was able to keep drinks, several sunglasses, a wallet, Tums, Tylenol, Benadryl, Sunscreen, hand sanitizer, an iPhone Pro Max, small makeup bag, three water bottles, and a pint glass I “accidentally “ walked out of an outdoor bar with. That was one day. I’m still using it with no issues 2 weeks later.
