How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Charms Glam Online Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

'm very satisfied with my purchase. The store kept contact with me and made sure that I received my item, and the wig is true to length and pretty thick, and very soft, no shedding at all so far. Haven't installed yet, I'll leave another review once I do.
This wig is super pretty I ordered and it gave what it was supposed to gave. The hair is pretty thin but I believe that's alright because it gives a natural appearance. The smell just smells like a factory on my hair. My hair cake with lace in the front and the back, and with styling I think this hair would be even cuter. I hope this helps!

I like this hair a lot . It was pre plucked and I didnt have to do to much to it . Just install . For me not to be professional I think I of came out really cute . It takes Curia well and straightens back I washed this unit about three times .

I love the hair! I bleached it to this color. After bleaching there was no shedding and it's still silky..
I am really satisfied with his hair there is nothing to say about the quality. I bleached them slightly on the tips, the only defect there is is that there are a lot of losses to see on the long term. The supplier communicates enormously my hair arrived extremely quickly I ordered a Thursday shipped the same day on Tuesday of the week after I received it. I'm glad I think leaving an additional review it's already been almost 3 weeks that I wear the hair
This is probably the best straight wig I've owned! The hair is sooo soft and the hair came really quick like 3 or 4 days. But it came fast. 14in transparent lace The knots are kinda large it was preplucked but I could've plucked it more but I was being lazy and just wanted to install it. Tried to bleach the knots and it was kinda hard they are big I need to go over them again. Not a lot of space on the sides but it is 6 inch part down the middle which makes hair look realistic. Love the softness of this hair. Good size cap everything perfect.

Omg Omggg! Absolutely lost for words. I loved this wig, hair came in silky straight and no smell!! The hair is really great and soft texture. It did not shed at all. The hair is definitely true to length and full. The lace was amazing, this is the best hair ever. I will definitely share more pictures
This is my first order from this store.I have never had a wig that's felt so silky before!The wig came in pretty 3d lashes with two brown wig caps.The knots also bleached with no hassle and there has been little to no shedding so far.I'm in love with wig;I've gotten so many complients.It's a must that i purchase again.Price is also great.

I've ordered from Missblue Wig Store before and yet again I'm amazed with the quality of their wigs ,this one is beautiful ,soft ,it curls well and holds them well too .I LOVE IT! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone .I purchased the medium brown lace therefore I had to bleach the lace in order to achieve my desired look and as you can see the lace took very well with only one coating. Over all this hair is simply beautiful 10/10 recommendations !
